- Schools that do not have coaches
- Schools that have coaches who are not being used to “coach”
- Schools that have coaches without expertise/plan & process/calibration/common philosophy…and no plan to “grow” them
- Concerns from school leaders who reject using video because it “takes too much time” to implement and support—they would rather choose “quality Vs. quantity”—they don’t think they can (or need to) coach everyone
