Allyson Burnett
Director of Virtual Learning
Allyson is responsible for the success of Sibme’s Virtual Coaching services. In order to do that, she is involved in hiring and supporting coaches, making coaching assignments, communicating with school supervisors, and tracking the progress of each coachee involved in the program.
My Philosophy:
“I am passionate about student success, and as a veteran teacher and educational consultant, I know first-hand that teachers change lives. Whether I am coaching a struggling teacher, observing and providing feedback to a new teacher, or delivering professional development to a faculty, I apply the following principles: Build relationships; Build on existing strengths; Build expertise.”

Debbie communicates with coaches regarding scheduling and reports. She also assists with tasks associated with payroll and invoicing.
